REGULATED PRODUCTS

The following table lists the products that are regulated by KUCAS and the classification codes associated with them.  If you are in any doubt as to whether your product does or does not belong to one of the Regulated Product Categories, confirmation should be obtained.

You can do this by contacting either the KUCAS Country Office or the Centre of Technical Expertise to get assistance with the requirements.

As of 1st September 2008 a number of amendments and additions to the Regulated Product list come into affect.  To see the changes please see Amended Product List document within the Resource Centre, changes are highlighted in red.
